Exams are completed in our office for individuals and groups or onsite at your facility for the same cost for companies with the capability of providing groups of drivers during scheduled day(s) or time period(s). Cost of exams are $75 per patient. Completed forms are provided on the same day, keeping your business and the supply chain on the move.
